Forged in darkness and finished in light, Midnight Marigold celebrates Día de los Muertos - the Day of the Dead - where marigolds guide departed souls home with their golden glow.
Only 20 pieces will ever be made, a number chosen for its symbolism of dual worlds: the living and the remembered.

The Piece

• 37 mm diameter • 4 mm thick solid brass body, precision-machined and then blackened with a deep patina reminiscent of a gunmetal finish.
• Stainless-steel inlay with a subtle stipple pattern, glass-bead blasted for a soft, lunar texture that contrasts against the dark brass.
• Front detailing: brushed marigold petals and skull highlights, with a paint-filled recessed channel and carefully filled facial features - just enough pigment to let the centre sink into shadow like sunken eyes.
• Reverse side: edition number and lettering engraved and brushed to reveal warm brass highlights beneath the blackened surface.

Jewellery Grade Craft & Finish

Each marker demands over 3.5 hours of machine time, from deep cutting to precision inlay plus a multi step finishing process.
Every piece is sealed with a micro-crystalline wax to protect the patina and allow it to develop a unique character as it ages with play.

Design time for this piece was in excess of 8 hours.
