Inspired by the golden era of analogue motoring, this release pays tribute to the most recognisable detail in sports-car history: the gated shifter. A component so iconic, it became a symbol of purity. A reminder that driving was once an art of precision, intention and feel.

The 440LE captures that essence and distils it into a form you can hold in your hand.
Milled from solid brass at 37 mm and 4 mm thick, the marker carries a confident weight and a finely machined reeded edge that echoes the tactile language of classic Italian performance machinery.

At its centre sits a deep red hand-cut leather inlay, framed by a subtle engraved stitch line — a quiet nod to the craftsmanship found inside legendary grand tourers. Rising just proud of the surface is the hero element: a stainless steel gated shift plate, rendered with crisp geometry and backed by black enamel for depth and shadow. Every channel and contour has been refined over months of development to honour the original without imitation.

On the reverse, each marker carries a brushed brass backplate with a stainless index insert positioned according to its build number — Build 03 at 3 o’clock, Build 08 at 8 o’clock, and so on. A small but deliberate detail, celebrating numbered production heritage.

The model designation 440 references the marker’s 4.40 cc displacement, following classic motoring nomenclature, while LE denotes its Limited Edition status. Only 12 pieces will ever exist — each designed, machined, assembled and finished by hand in Melbourne, Australia.
